- How much is shipping?
- Shipping is free on orders over $125. Below that, the rate is worked out at checkout before you pay.
- What is the return policy?
- Thirty days from delivery. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging. Final-sale items and anything marked non-returnable at checkout can’t be returned.Refund policy
- Do I pay for return shipping?
- No. Once a return is approved you get a prepaid return label with instructions. There is no restocking fee.
- When do I get my refund?
- Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Allow 5–10 business days after inspection, depending on your bank.
- Can I exchange for a different size?
- Start a return, and once it’s approved place a new order for the size you want. Doing it that way guarantees the size is still in stock when you need it.
- My order arrived damaged or wrong.
- Email info@supercozy.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we’ll make it right.
- How does the sizing run?
- Big, on purpose. Every hoodie and sweatpant is cut oversized with a dropped shoulder. If you are between sizes, go down. Each product page has laid-flat measurements, and the size guide collects them all.Size guideHow the Set should fit
- How heavy is the fabric?
- It varies by piece and the exact number is on every product page. Hoodies run 310–430 g/m², sweatpants 310 g/m² (Subway Sweats 460 g/m²), men’s shorts 425 g/m², women’s shorts 350 g/m², tees 240–300 g/m².What 350 g/m² means
- How do I wash it?
- Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle, no bleach, tumble dry low, iron on low and never on the print, and don’t dry clean. Turn it inside out first.Washing heavyweight fleece
- Why does my hoodie look slightly different from the photo?
- We make in small batches, and heavy fleece is sensitive to temperature and materials during production, so runs vary slightly in shade and hand. That is normal, not a fault. If something is actually wrong, tell us.
